  • All confirmed orders are processed within 1–2 business days (excluding Sundays and public holidays).

  • You will receive an email/SMS confirmation once your order has been dispatched.

  • In case of any delays in processing, our team will notify you promptly.

2. Shipping Timeline

  • Metro Cities: Delivery within 3–5 business days.

  • Other Cities & Towns: Delivery within 5–7 business days.

  • Remote Areas: Delivery may take up to 8–10 business days depending on courier availability.

Please note that delivery timelines are estimates and may vary due to factors beyond our control (weather, courier delays, festivals, etc.).

3. Shipping Charges

  • Free Shipping on prepaid orders above ₹799 (as applicable).

  • Standard shipping charges may apply for orders below this value, displayed at checkout.

  • Additional charges may apply for Cash on Delivery (COD) orders.

4. Tracking Your Order

  • Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking link via email/SMS.

  • You can use this link to track the status of your delivery in real-time.

5. Delivery Attempts

  • Our courier partners will attempt delivery up to two times.

  • If the package is undelivered after multiple attempts, it will be returned to us.

  • In such cases, reshipping charges may apply.

6. International Shipping

  • Currently, we ship only within India.
