Return & Refund Policy – The Knit Kulture

At The Knit Kulture, your satisfaction is our top priority. We strive to provide high-quality products, but if for any reason you are not completely satisfied, we are here to help with returns, exchanges, and refunds.


1. Eligibility for Returns

  • Products are eligible for return within 7 days of delivery.

  • Items must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and returned in their original packaging with tags intact.

  • Certain items such as intimate wear, discounted products, and final sale items may not be eligible for return.


2. Return Process

  • Once your request is approved, our team will guide you through the return process.

  • Customers are responsible for shipping charges for returning the product unless the item is defective or incorrect.


3. Exchanges

  • Exchanges are subject to product availability.

  • If the requested size or style is unavailable, you may opt for a refund or store credit.


4. Refunds

  • Once we receive and inspect the returned product, we will notify you regarding the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • If approved, the refund will be processed within 5–7 business days to your original payment method.

  • For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, refunds will be provided via bank transfer or store credit.


5. Damaged or Incorrect Products

  • If you receive a damaged, defective, or wrong product, please inform us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the item.

  • We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no extra cost.


6. Non-Returnable Items

  • Items purchased on final sale/clearance.

  • Hygiene-sensitive products such as intimate wear (if applicable).

  • Customized or personalized products.
